Where did you get the name "miSoft"?  -  miSoft = mobile i Software

Does miSoft invade my privacy? - ABSOLUTELY NOT!  miSoft Apps have NO User Tracking Code, NO hidden functions, and miSoft in NO WAY is Collecting ANY information about our Users and Does NOT, and does Not have the capacity to, sell any User Data to any 3rd party.  In addition, the settings of the Ads in our Free Apps are set to recognize that some Users may be younger and request that Ads filter out possibly objectionable content.

Are there instructions or 'help' info for miSoft Apps?  -  We work hard to build the most user friendly, intuitive Apps possible!  However, sometimes some extra help is needed.  With this in mind, most of our Apps have in-App Help Sections, just Tap the '?' button!  In addition, if more help if needed, we encourage the user to contact us at 'support@miSoft.com' for specific help when needed; we really do answer our emails!  Please ask before getting frustrated with our Apps!

About 90% of the support emails we do receive involve memory stalls or corrupt data downloads over the Internet.  These things happen and are out the the control of any App or Developer.  Memory issues are solved by preforming a fresh Re-Start of your Device; just like re-booting a computer.  Corrupt code must be re-installed, usually by deleting and re-downloading a fresh copy from the App Store; note: Apple will not charge you twice for the same App downloaded to the same device in a given period of time, see Apple Terms. However, this process will delete any saved work done before realizing the previous copy had an error in downloading.  Please feel free to email anytime for further information on these or any issues, we're always happy to help.

A Special Note about App Reviews:  When was the last time you Rated or left a written Review of an App? Exactly!  Over 95% of Users NEVER Rate or Review Apps, even though a 5 Star Rating on the App Store is the #1 way to help the Developer provide YOU with Free Updates to improve the App! So, who does leave Reviews?

It is possible that a person simply has a very positive or negative experience with an App, and is motivated to post a Review.  For any Kind Reviews, we Thank You.  And to any User who has had an honest negative experience, we are truly sorry.  It is noteworthy that with Millions of our Apps downloaded, we can recall only 1 time, yes, 1, when a User had an actual, genuine issue, emailed us, and in our best efforts the issue simply could not be solved, and that user posted a negative Review, which was their right.  So, where might others come from?

First. ALL miSoft Apps are Universal.  This means, unlike most Apps, they run on all iPhone, iPad, and iPod touchs, from iOS version 3.1.3 to iOS version 5.1!  Therefore, different Users on different Devices have different experiences and User Interfaces, and at times a remark about an App run on a two year old iPod Touch in iOS 3.1.3 has virtually no relevance to a User on an iPad 2 running 5.1!  Sadly, the Review system does not identify the Device or iOS version of the User leaving the Review.

Second. App Store Users are supposed to be 18 years of age or older.  Unfortunately, MANY minors seems to have access to adults passwords, and tend to think it's 'funny' to leave Untrue Reviews. Sadly, there is absolutely nothing we can do to stop this.  Only Apple can control User Access to the App Store.

Third: JailBroken iOS Software.  Some Users choose to violate their Apple Warranty and 'crack' their Device Software using 3rd party 'jailbreak' systems which permit the use of non-Apple approved Apps.  Because miSoft builds our Apps to the latest versions of Apple's provided iOS Mobile Device Software in order to take advantage of the latest in iOS Innovations, many 'JailBreaks' cause our Apps to not run or run poorly on JailBroken Devices. We wish we could fix this, but are powerless to do so. Unfortunately, these JailBroken Users are permitted to Review Apps on the App Store without disclosing that they are running JailBroken Devices! Their Reviews have no relevance whatsoever to 99% of Users, and Users have no way of knowing those Reviews are from JailBroken Devices!

Last, and most unfortunate, miSoft is unusual in that we have a large and diverse Family of Apps, and therefore we have many competitors, hundreds, whereas most Developers only have one or two competitors. As a result, we tend to have a large number of untrue, objectionable Reviews which, frankly, seem quite 'suspicious' (we're being polite!). 

Scandalous Reviews hurt YOU, the customer!  Yes!  Because lower sales based on incorrect Reviews cause users to receive and enjoy fewer Free Updates and fewer Great New Apps! Yes, those lies rob You of Great Updates!

Given all this, PLEASE 5 Star Rate our Apps, and if you see a Review which says an App, or a particular function doesn't work, yet you know this is not true, please take a moment to post an Honest and Kind Review!
